Protocol of Generating Sub-Datasets From A Neuropsychological Database

Background:

Sharing research datasets is one of the ways to secure transparency and is helpful in obtaining confidence in the integrity of the data and its analyses. Researchers often require only a subset of the original data, also called a secondary dataset. Generating secondary datasets is based on the specific research question and on the goal of analyses [1]. The commonly used demographic factors that are frequently considered ni studies related to cognitive function are age, education level, sex, spoken languages, and ethnicity [2]. Due to the necessity of developing normative scores for neuropsychological
tests in South East Asia, particularly in Indonesia, the protocol of reuse dataset is highly needed to achieve new findings and enhance research outcomes.
